A Mindfulness-Based, Somatic, and IFS Therapy Approach

Individual therapy is tailored to each person’s unique needs, history, and goals. Patrick offers a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to explore your inner experience with depth, clarity, and intention. Therapy becomes a collaborative process—gently examining thoughts, emotions, and body-based patterns that contribute to feeling stuck, while also identifying strengths, resources, and possibilities for change.

Drawing on evidence-based approaches—including Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatic IFS, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions—sessions help clients understand the internal and somatic mechanisms that create suffering. Patrick supports clients in relating to their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations with greater compassion and flexibility, fostering healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding. This integrative mind–body approach creates a meaningful balance between accepting where you are and cultivating steady, sustainable movement toward growth, emotional well-being, and lasting change.
